Tamara Spears

Lead Therapist (Ages 13-15)

Tamara Spears, is a passionate, dedicated, poised and impactful Social Worker. Her
journey in youth support began at age 16 as a peer counselor with the YMCA, setting the
foundation for her lifelong commitment to helping young people thrive. Tamara holds a
Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from Aquinas College with an emphasis on sociology
and psychology, and she has further advanced her expertise with a Master’s degree in
Social Work from Western Michigan University.

Syreeta Drake

Lead Therapist (Ages 18+)

Syreeta Drake, MSN, BSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of nursing experience and a deep commitment to holistic, compassionate mental health care.

Tari Marcias

Mentee Lead (Teach HER)

Tari holds certifications in trauma-informed care, behavioral support strategies, and conflict management, alongside advanced training in anti-racism and social justice advocacy.
