Tari Marcias passionate about empowering individuals and communities through education, personal development, and restorative practices. With over a decade of experience in urban education and leadership, she has dedicated her career to foster equity, emotional well-being, and inclusive environments where everyone can thrive.

As the Executive Director of Educate and Elevate, Tari specializes in coaching individuals and groups on interpersonal skills, social-emotional learning, and navigating challenges such as trauma, grief, and family dynamics.

Her work extends to schools and organizations, where she lead transformative training in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB), restorative justice, and trauma-informed practices.

"My hands-on leadership experience—developing SEL programs, facilitating grief groups, and reducing punitive disciplinary measures—has enabled me to create meaningful change for students, educators, and professionals alike."
